In a recent survey 5,000 people were asked to rate themselves on a scale of 1-10 on 10 habits that are scientifically proven to be linked to happiness. While life satisfaction was linked to all 10 habits, acceptance proved to be the strongest indicator of happiness.*

Accepting yourself in an effort to find happiness is actually very teachable. Just make an effort to be more tuned in to your thoughts and feelings, spend some quality alone time with yourself and be as kind to yourself as you are to others!
