Research has shown that the quantity and quality of sleep we get each night has the potential to affect our health, our productivity on the job and our ability to concentrate and function while attempting even the most routine activities. The average adult requires seven to nine hours of sleep each night. Babies and younger children need a greater amount of sleep than adults. The elderly, although requiring less sleep, are often victims of poor quality rest.
You don’t start your day in the morning. You actually launch your day at night by preparing with sleep. Do not compromise your sleep. The lack of rest will compromise every aspect of your life.
